Why Amazon suppressed it (and what to change)
The background isn't actually white
Amazon requires exactly RGB 255,255,255. Studio lighting falloff, JPEG compression and anti-aliased cutout edges leave pixels at 248–254 — identical to your eye, non-compliant to the checker. This is the most common cause and the hardest to spot manually.
The product is too small in the frame
The product must fill at least 85% of the frame. Sellers fail this by being cautious with margins — a tidy-looking photo at 60–70% fill gets flagged.
Also disqualifying on the main image
- • Props, packaging or anything that isn't the product itself
- • Text, watermarks, logos, badges or borders
- • Under 1000 px on the longest side (use 1600 px so zoom works)
